SSC stands for Staff Selection Commission. It is a government organization in India that is responsible for recruiting staff for various posts in different ministries and departments of the Government of India and in subordinate offices. The commission conducts various exams such as SSC CGL (Combined Graduate Level), SSC CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level), SSC MTS (Multi Tasking Staff), SSC CPO (Central Police Organization), etc., to recruit candidates for Group B and Group C posts in the Government.
